Browsing the website
The site offers neither user accounts nor newsletter subscriptions. No analytics or advertising tool is integrated into its code.
The site and its media are hosted by Vercel. Requests may involve the processing of technical data, including IP addresses, browser information and operational logs, under the provider’s terms.
When you contact me
Contact buttons open Titan. Its form lets you prepare and review your request before confirming submission. When the service is enabled, the server forwards your request to Dr. AKUE ASSEKO’s Gmail inbox so he can reply.
The information sent includes your name, reply email address and message, as well as your organisation, availability and a summary you have reviewed if you add them. If you choose to use your own email app, you confirm sending there yourself.
Dr. AKUE ASSEKO processes this information to respond to your request. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for no more than six months after the last exchange, then deleted from his mailbox. This deletion is part of his mailbox management and is not automated by Titan.
Titan, AI assistant
When the AI connection is enabled, messages you send to Titan and the conversation history are sent by the website server to OpenAI to generate a response. Opening Titan does not send a message to OpenAI. In guided preview mode, your answers stay on the page.
The website code does not save conversations in a database or in browser storage. They are cleared on reload or when you delete them. Disabling response storage in the API does not remove any technical retention by OpenAI, including for abuse prevention.
Avoid sending confidential or sensitive information. Titan can make mistakes: check its suggestions. Its contact form is separate from the AI conversation: your contact details, message, proposed times and any summary you have reviewed are sent to Dr. AKUE ASSEKO’s Gmail inbox only after your confirmation, when the sending service is enabled. Otherwise, you can open the request in your own email app. No appointment is automatically confirmed. To prepare the meeting, Dr. AKUE ASSEKO can open a draft in Google Calendar containing your name, email address and the selected time. Your message text and summary are not included in this link.
